Cambridge-based developers will help to deliver our cohousing project
Angel Yard have appointed developers, TOWN to bring life to Norwich’s first cohousing community.
TOWN worked on the multi-award-winning Marmalade Lane cohousing community in Cambridge and are experienced in custom-build housing.
We are collaborating closely with TOWN’s Head of Community Partnering, Frances Wright. Frances is a resident of Marmalade Lane and a group member director of the UK Cohousing Network. She says:
"We are delighted to be working with the cohousing group to help make their dream of a cohousing community in Norwich come true. Angel Yard is a great location for a multigenerational cohousing scheme and will be a real asset to Norwich."
Frances will be working with us to help formulate our plans for Angel Yard, and will be helping us to appoint a suitable architect for the project, as we move into the planning stages.
