There are ten different unit types in our development: seven apartment types and three different houses (the end terrace houses differ slightly from the mid-terrace ones).

The floor plans

The two apartment blocks are each four storey, while the houses are on three levels. In the floor plans below, the numbers refer to our own plot numbering system and the letters refer to the unit type. The final address of each home will almost certainly be different from our plot numbering system, since Norwich City Council has policies on numbering new homes.
